Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
All sales are final.
Sales of used firearms are sold as is, no warranty.
New items that are defective are subject to the Manufacturer’s warranty. Please contact us if you need help with a warranty claim. Most manufacturer’s require you contact them for repair/replacement.
In rare cases we may be able to offer a return and partial refund. In such instances, our refund and returns policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a partial refund or exchange. To be eligible for such a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original unopened packaging. On special orders, you will be responsible for any return shipping/handling fees.
Restocking Fee
In the rare cases that we may be able to offer a return and partial refund, there will be a 15% restocking fee.
Exchanges
In some cases we can replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us. Firearms must go through the manufacturer’s warranty process for repair/replacement.
